Lake Trafford land planned for multi-unit residential

Arrowhead Apartments II Ltd. of Naples has sold 9.99 acres in Arrowhead Reserve at Lake Trafford to a Miami company for more than $1.9 million. Crestview Park II Ltd., a division of The Carlisle Group, will construct six apartment buildings, each with 16 one-to-three bedroom units. This is not Carlisle’s first project at Arrowhead. The firm previously bought a tract where 208 rental units have been built; most are occupied.

Arrowhead Reserve at Lake Trafford is a 307-acre planned unit development. Upon completion, the community will have 1,245 residences— Crestview Park ’s 304 apartments, 464 single-family homes, 188 townhomes and 289 condominiums.
