A 7,037 square foot building at 1260 Old Stickney Point Road in unincorporated Sarasota County sold for $1.58 million, according to the property appraiser’s office.

The structure sits on 14,950 square feet of land.

The industrial property was purchased by Siesta Key Storage LLC of Sarasota.

The seller was 5148 Beach Road of Sarasota LLC.
