One of the properties is at Ave Maria and the other is at Creekside Commerce Park in Naples

Arthrex Inc. has purchased two parcels at different locations in Collier County for a more than $4 million, according to the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

One 9.92-acre property at Creekside Commerce Park West, where the Arthrex headquarters is located, was sold to the company for $3.3 million by Creekside West Inc.

Another property at Ave Maria was sold to Arthrex for $705,565 by Ave Maria Development LLLP. Arthrex earlier announced plans to build a plant near the Ave Maria town center on 12 acres, according to published reports. The company will not move its headquarters there, the report said.

Arthrex provides engineered products and educational services for orthopedic surgeons.
