Lehigh Resort Club Condo Association Inc. bought the property

Golf course property in Lehigh Acres has sold for $2.35 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The deal involved roughly 78 acres and a 10,500 square-foot building at 404 Broadway, the Lehigh Resort North site.

The buyer was the Lehigh Resort Club Condo Association Inc. of Fort Myers.

The seller was Greentree Admiral LLS.
