Marco Plaza in Lakewood Ranch.

San Marco Plaza is a specialty retail shopping center anchored by
Häagen-Dazs and Barnie’s Coffee.

The landlord is San Marco Investments LLC.

Barry Seidel of American Property Group in Sarasota represented the property owner,
and Tom Strauss of LandQwest Commercial represented the tenant.
