The space is on North Collier Boulevard

Obsession Inc. has leased 2,400 square feet of retail space at 1017 N. Collier Blvd. in Marco Island.

Offering, an upscale women's and men's fashion and accessories shop, will join the Publix anchored Town Center Mall, which consists of over 109,000 square feet of fine shops, galleries, dining and more.

The landlord is Equity One.

Doug Olson of LandQwest Commercial negotiated the transaction.
