Blue Martini will lease a ground- floor space in Main Street at The Mercato in Naples.

Construction is now underway on the location, with the martini lounge anticipated to open in early 2009.

Blue Martini, which has locations in in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Tampa and Las Vegas, is a growing chain of upscale martini bars offering 25 martinis along with live entertainment seven days a week.

The lounges also offer a tapas food menu complimenting a selection of fine wines and spirits.

The Mercato, which is scheduled to open in early 2009, is at Vanderbilt Breach Road and U.S. 41.
