Harbor Lights Coop to pay about $6,800 a year for the submerged property

Harbor Lights Cooperative Inc, a mobile home community in Venice, has renewed its lease of 48,487 square feet of submerged land for a 60-slip docking facility, according to the Sarasota County Clerk of Courts.

The tenant will not provide fueling, but will have a sewage pump-out station.

The agreement, which runs through Sept 30, 2012, calls for an annual payment of $6,849.27.

The lessor was the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida.
