The building is owned by Gammerler Corp., a Germany-based company that built the structure in 2007.

Peek Traffic (www.ustraffic.net), maker of urban traffic control products, is owned by Chicago-based Quixote Corp. (Nasdaq:QUIX). Peek will be utilizing the entire building as their corporate headquarters.
