The 8,000 square-foot building is on 25th Court East The House of Silk Flowers of Havelock, N.C., has leased the former AAA Vertical Blind warehouse, an 8,000 square-foot industrial building at 8103 25th Court E. in Sarasota. The House of Silk Flowers plans to use the facility as its West Florida distribution center. Roberta Kolton of Michael Saunders & Company, Commercial Group, handled the transaction between the landlord, Charles Young, and the new tenant.
