Two adjacent Sarasota Beach properties have sold for nearly $1.67 million, according to the Sarasota Property Appraiser’s office.

One site at 5253 Ocean Blvd. went for $1.2 million. It has a 5,803 square-foot building on a 13,075 square-foot lot.

The other property at 5251 Ocean Blvd. was purchased for $467,600. It has a 1,993 square-foot structure on a 5,782 square-foot parcel.

The buyer was Nocturnal Properties. The seller was Marilyn Snodell-Griffing.
