Zia Butt has purchased 9,200 square feet of retail space at 10169 Tamiami Trail in Punta Gorda for $1.8 million. The property is adjacent to the Sweetbay-anchored center known as Seminole Lakes, and was purchased for medical uses. Jerry Hayes of 5 Star Realty represented the buyer, and Don Grosst of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller. |
