OLP Naples LLC has purchased the OfficeMax property located at 3770 Ninth Street N. in Naples for $6.16 million. The seller was Logan Fort Myers Associates L.P. Ltd. Dan O’Berski, Bill Young, and Larry Foster of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers-Naples, brokered the transaction with CBRE Atlanta. |
