A Fort Myers supermarket building has been purchased for $4.32 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The 20,808 square-foot structure, which is on 2.02 acres, is at 1421-71 Ortiz Ave.

The buyer was Properties of S + O Inc. of Fort Myers.

The seller was La Mexicana III Inc.
