A Cape Coral retail center has sold for $1.14 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The 8,856 square-foot building, which is on .61 acres, is at 236 Del Prado N.

The buyers were Kenneth and Gene Bracher of Cape Coral.

The property was sold by Centerville LLC as trustee for North Cape Center Trust.
