The Shops at Cape Coral Parkway LLC has purchased an 82,058 square-foot shopping plaza and surrounding land at 1004-1016 Cape Coral Parkway East for $9 million. The seller was Towanda, Morrison and Southside Properties. The property was purchased for investment purposes. Gary Tasman of Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Myers negotiated the transaction. |
