Yings Realty Group of Fort Myers purchased the property on Del Prado

Yings Realty Group of Fort Myers bought a Cape Coral restaurant building for $1.25 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The 5,607 square-foot structure, which sits on more than an acre, is at 1706 Del Prado Blvd.

The seller was the Gracie Finkel Freedman Trust of Miami.
