The neighboring buildings are on Venice Avenue
Two neighboring commercial properties in Venice have been purchased for $1.335 million, according to the Sarasota County Property Appraiser’s office. The buildings at 125 and 133 Venice Ave. measure 2,195 square feet and 4,440 square feet, respectively. The buyers were the David MaCrae Trust and the Susan MaCrae Trust. The seller was Rinaldo Investments LLC. |
