The City of Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency has purchased a retail building for $382,500, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The 14,749 square-foot structure, which is on .68 acres, is at 2701-2719 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

The sellers were Clifford McCullom, Caroline Powell McCullom and Malcolm Linford McCullom.
