The property is on Pineapple Avenue A 7,470- square-foot building at 333 S. Pineapple Ave. has sold for nearly $1.5 million, according to the county property appraiser’s office. The property was purchased by Laura and Alan Roberts trustees for Pineapple Trust. The sellers were Peter and Patricia Laughlin.
