Former Mercury Marine site in Placida sells for $32.3 million PDF Print E-mail

The multi-structure complex is Placida Road

The former Mercury Marine Testing Center in Placida has sold for $32.3 million, according to the Charlotte County Property Appraiser’s office.

The deal consisted of more than 10 buildings measuring roughly 75,000 square feet. The property is at 12580 Placida Road. The acreage was not indicated.

The buyer was Boca Norte LLC of Venice.

The seller was Gasparilla Sound Club of Jupiter.

The two parties were involved in a $34 million transaction involving the same property in November with the buyer/seller role reversed.
