Bradenton mobile home park sells for $1.8 million

The deed-restricted community for residents 55 and older is at 4925 Third St. W. Roughly 550 people live in the 50-plus-acre park, which holds 342 homes on resident-owned lots. Chris Stevens says she and Rick will “spruce up” the park, and help residents sell their properties.
