The deed-restricted community for residents 55 and older is at 4925 Third St. W. Rick and Chris Stephens, agents with Keller Williams Realty of Greater Manatee, have purchased the Heather Hills Estates Mobile Home Park in Bradenton for $1.8 million.

The deed-restricted community for residents 55 and older is at 4925 Third St. W.

Roughly 550 people live in the 50-plus-acre park, which holds 342 homes on resident-owned lots.
