The top 5 sales reported in Comm-Ex last week included a Cape Coral industrial building
- Naples 9 LLC purchased the Bank of Florida office condominium in Naples for $11.5 million. The 30,268 square-foot space is at 1185 Immokalee Road. The seller was Citizens Reserve LLC. Michael J. Frye of RE/MAX Realty Group Commercial Division negotiated the transaction.
- A commercial building at 2929 Gulf of Mexico Drive on Longboat Key was purchased for $2.4 million, according to the Sarasota County Property Appraiser’s office. The 4,498 square-foot structure was sold to VentureCorp Properties LLC of Longboat Key. The seller was 2929 GMD LLC.
- An industrial building in Cape Coral sold for $1.37 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office. The 11,210 square-foot building, which is on 2.25 acres, is at 1044 NE Pine Island Road. The buyers were Patricia and Walter Baldo of Cape Coral.
- Millenium Partners Building 1 LLC purchased 8,220-square-foot, freestanding office building at 2315 Aaron St. in Port Charlotte for $850,000. The structure is on 1-plus acres. The seller was Vero Associates. Gary Tasman and Shawn Stoneburner of Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Myers represented the seller.
- A 3,270 square-foot commercial building in Sarasota was purchased for $750,000, according to the county property appraiser’s office. The property is at 5748 Swift Road. The buyer was Wills LLC of Sarasota. The seller was Wilbert Investments LLC.
