The Colonial Park Club assisted living building in Sarasota has been purchased for $10.9 million, according to the county property appraiser’s office. The 75,748 square-foot structure, which is on 43.55 acres, is at 4730 Bee Ridge Road. The buyer was Emeritol Colonial Park Club of Seattle. The seller was Health Care REIT Inc. of Toledo, Ohio. |
