Two buildings and 2.8 acres are sold in the deal
Marina property on Longboat Key has sold for $8 million, according to the Sarasota County Property Appraiser’s office. Sold were 2.8 acres and two buildings, one 15,700 square feet and the other 2,000 square feet, at 2600 Harborside Drive. The buyer was LFL Marina LLC of New York City. The seller was Longboat Key Marine Association LLC. |
