A Fort Myers church building has been sold for $317,000, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The 2,916 square-foot structure is at 1941 Sunset Place.

The buyer was HEMC Asset Management of Miami.

The seller was Eglise de Dieu la Jeruselum of Cape Coral.
