The units are at The World Plaza
WP 12610 LLC paid $875,000 for two office condos at The World Plaza on New Brittany Boulevard in Fort Myers. A 3,954 square-foot space sold for $607,000, and a 1,837 square-foot unit went for $268,000. The sellers were Christopher and Nancy Parker. Steve Wood of Gates D’Alessandro & Woodyard negotiated the transaction. |
