An office building in Fort Myers has been purchased for $2 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The 8,494 square-foot structure, which sits on 1.1 acres, is at 6810 International Center Blvd.

The buyer was Paudan Enterprises LLC of Cape Coral.

The seller was Schultz Chaipel Redovan Baker LLC.
