First State Bank of Sarasota has purchased three commercial condos at the Sandhill Garden Park of Commerce in Punta Gorda for $124,000, according to the Charlotte County Property Appraiser’s office. The units are at 24600 Sandhill Boulevard. The seller was Tarpon Construction. |
