A medical building in Punta Gorda building has sold for $7.85 million, $350,000 above original list price.

The 29,927 square-foot structure is at 25097 E. Olympia Ave. in Punta Gorda. Cypress Medpro Partners LLC bought the property from Corazon Development LLC after a “bidding war,” according to Mark Alexander of Sperry Van Ness, who represented the seller.

Bob King of RJ King & Associates from Tampa represented the buyer.
