Orthopedic Centers of Florida paid $4.9 million to Creekside Partners LLC for a 21,291 square-foot medical office condominium, consisting of 2 floors, in the Southwest Capital Building at 8540 College Parkway in Fort Myers.

The orthopedic group will expand into the new location to better serve their growing medical practice.

Gary Tasman and Scott Robertson of Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Myers negotiated the transaction.
