Six tenants have purchased space in the new Murdock Circle Executive Center building at the intersection of Murdock Circle and Education Way in Port Charlotte.

The purchase prices were not available.

Fifteen office condominiums, ideal for professional, medical or retail offices, are still available for sale or lease at the center.

The center is currently occupied by Advanced Pain Management of Southwest Florida, Southwest Florida Hand Specialists, Alvaro Bada, M.D., Matthew Bagan, D.O. and Domino Galliano, M.D.

Designed by Peace River Development, the new Class-A building features ample parking, lake views and quality design and aesthetics.
