The three buildings are purchased by RLR Investments LLC
RLR Investments LLC has purchased the Iona Schoolhouse property at 15951, 15961 and 15971 McGregor Blvd. for $1.775 million. The Fort Myers parcels hold three office buildings totaling 13,725 square feet. Richy Road LLC (Iona Schoolhouse Partners) and BW Services Corp. sold the property. The sale was brokered by James B. McMenamy, RE/MAX Realty Group Commercial Division, and Will Rivat, Preferred Properties of the Islands. |
