A Fort Myers professional building has sold for $2.65 million, according to the Lee County Propery Appraiser’s office. The 16,215 square foot structure, which is on 1.53 acres, is at 3700 Central Ave. The buyers were Golosaw and Kim Brueck of Fort Myers. The seller was Henmir Holdings of Miami. |
