Sailaja Koneru, M.D., has purchased a 3,000 square-foot office building at 12781 World Plaza Lane in Fort Myers for $380,000. The seller was from Virgil J. Haggart Jr. Trustee. The office building was purchased to serve Dr. Koneru’s expanding medical practice. He specializes in medical oncology. Gary Tasman and Scott Robertson of Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Myers represented the seller, and Adam Palmer of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer. |
