The structure is at the Palm Beach Professional Park
MP Defined Benefit Pension Plan & Trust has purchased the Palm Beach Professional Park building in Fort Myers for $2.8 million. The 15,600 square-foot, one-story medical building is at 4561 Palm Beach Professional Park. The seller was Palm Beach Professional Park LLC. Fred Kermani and Enn Luthringer of CB Richard Ellis of Fort Myers-Naples brokered the transaction. |
