Peter and JoAnne Nervo, as trustees, purchased a 7,500 square-foot building in Fort Myers for $1 million.

Ron Anderson & Co., which sold the property at 4801 Waycross Road, will remain at the building on a long-term lease.

Dan Miller and Betty Jo Brown of The Miller Alliance at Re/Max Realty Group represented the seller, and Steve Goldstein of Downing-Frye Realty represented the buyer.
