An office building and lot at 4802 Lee Blvd. in Lehigh Acres has been purchased for $405,000, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The 1,755 square-foot structure sits on a 21,760 square-foot parcel, or roughly half an acre.

The property was sold to Lehigh Acres Office Trust of Fort Myers by Almodovar Trust of Cape Coral.
