 The Lakes property on Lake Breeze Drive is sold to Seattle company
A Seattle company has purchased The Lakes assisted living complex in Fort Myers of $40.47 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.
The buyer was Phntus Lakes LLC of Seattle. The seller was NHP Senior Housing Inc. of Newport Beach, Calif. |
The 165,125 square-foot building area, which is on 5.57 acres, is at 7460 Lake Breeze Drive near Cypress Lake Drive.
