The Lakes property on Lake Breeze Drive is sold to Seattle company

A Seattle company has purchased The Lakes assisted living complex in Fort Myers of $40.47 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The 165,125 square-foot building area, which is on 5.57 acres, is at 7460 Lake Breeze Drive near Cypress Lake Drive.

The buyer was Phntus Lakes LLC of Seattle.

The seller was NHP Senior Housing Inc. of Newport Beach, Calif.
