The Candace Marie Apartments in downtown Sarasota have been purchased for $5.1 million, according to the county property appraiser’s office. The 9,850 square-foot building, which sits on roughly half an acre, is at 280 Golden Gate Point. The buyer was AM II Inc. of Sarasota. The sellers were Robert and Susan Jamieson of Woburn, Mass. |
