A Fort Myers building used as a recycling center has sold for $660,000 according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The 11,440 square-foot structure, which sits on 1.08 acres, is at 2991 South St.

The buyer was B & L Karle LLC of Crawfordsville, Ind.

The seller was Kenneth Berdick.
