An industrial building in Fort Myers has sold for $635,000, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The 8,223 square-foot structure, which is on roughly half an acres, is at 15870 Pine Island Road.

The property is classified as “warehousing, distribution terminal.”

The buyer was Seneca Investment Corp. of Ann Arbor, Mich.

The seller was Gulf To Bay Construction Inc.
