Cariel Properties LLC has purchased a 7,522 square-foot warehouse in Fort Myers for $605,000. The property is at 7890 Interstate Court. IAD Capital Corp. was the seller. John Kremski of Gates D’Alessandro & Woodyard negotiated the deal. |
