Coca-Cola Enterprises has sold its property at 1126 N. Lime St. in Sarasota for $3.05 million, according to the county property appraiser’s office.

The deal involved 45,302 square feet of building space and 4.25 acres.

The buyer was Contemporary Cabinets.
