Chico's buys two warehouse/distribution buildings for $2.576 million

The properties are on Idlewild Street in Fort Myers Chico’s Retail Services has purchased two distribution/warehouse buildings in Fort Myers for $2.576 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office. One 9,000 square-foot building at 6130 Idlewild St. sold for $1.26 million, and a 9,948 square-foot structure at 6132 Idlewild St. Went for $1.316 million. Each sits on an acre. The sellers were Josef and Matty Socha.
