A 16,039 square-foot Cape Coral building has been purchased for $155,000, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The property, which is classified as light manufacturing, is at 1336 SE 47^th St.

Williamson Trust sold the land and building to 47^th Street Holdings LLC.
