An industrial building in Cape Coral has sold for $1.37 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The 11,210 square-foot building, which is on 2.25 acres, is at 1044 NE Pine Island Road.

The buyers were Patricia and Walter Baldo of Cape Coral.

The property was sold by Investors Security Trust, successor trustee of the Elbridge D. Williams and Mary Lou Williams trust.
