The industrial property is on Corporation Circle in Fort Myers

An industrial property at 5802 Corporation Circle at Billy Creek Commerce Center in Fort Myers has sold for $900,000, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The deal consisted of an 8,276 square-foot building on about 2 acres.

The buyer was Currier Roofing Co. Inc.

The sellers were Nicholas Groff II and Marisa Groff.
