A 36-unit commercial property on Siesta Key has sold for more than $6.7 million, according to the Sarasota County Property Appraiser’s office. The 25,016 square-foot building, which sits on 1.39 acres, is at 6732 Sarasea Circlce. The buyer was Beach Club of Siesta Development LLC of Longboat Key. The seller was Siesta Plaza Investors LLC. |
