 The property on College Parkway near McGregor Boulevard is purchased by a St. Louis company
A St. Louis company has paid $6.2 million for hotel building at 9200 College Parkway in Fort Myers, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.
The seller was V-B1 Ltd. Partnership of Dallas. |
The 74,000 square-foot Best Western near the McGregor Boulevard intersection was purchased by Robert Hotels Fort Myers LLC.
